What to do if rTorrent refuses to download something?

rTorrent refuses to download anything at all. After adding the torrent file, it cyclically (and most importantly unsuccessfully) tries to connect to trackers. The same file, but loaded successfully in qBittorrent. The config looks like this:

Worth Ubuntu 20.04. What could be the problem?
