What to do if Package Management Can't load Sublimelinter?

I want to install plugins for Sublime Text 4, but on YouTube all the videos are at least two years old, and on Google I find answers, but they don't help at all! When I try to download the plugin I get this error: Package Management Cannot load Sublimelinter. Please view the console for more details , please help me , point me in the right direction !

You can install packages without the presence of Package Control (by the way, I don’t have it at all) . All plugins are on github (often there are more recent versions than can be obtained through the package manager) , where they can be easily downloaded even manually, and then unpacked into the sublimation package directory. Profit.
ps In general, you need to look for plugins here , on the page of almost any plugin there will be a link to the github, from where you actually need to pick it up.
