What to do if Instagram is hacked?
Hacked Instagram, changed mail and phone. Now I can't log in - what should I do?

Write to support, they will ask you to send a photo with a piece of paper on which your Instagram nickname is written from the mail to which it was previously linked, well, the previous phone will also probably be checked
