I am promoting Telegram bot! Mostly on Instagram Stories. I recently shed that people clicking on the link do not get into the bot. Inside the TG, the link to the chat is simply not loaded. Moreover, the TG itself and the bot work perfectly. Who faced this? There is a suspicion that Instagram incorrectly transmits the link to Telegram :(
