What to do if Google apps is blocked?

Once upon a time, I registered it for my needs, even before this news .
Now I needed to write a small website for one company, and I remembered it again, well, I registered it without reading about these new restrictions.
As a result of this, today the domain was blocked for me, now one question is how to pull out the address book, mail and files from google drive? What do you advise? Thanks for answers.
