Why does Google Apps send all mail from a domain to spam?

Good morning.
Condition: There is an online store. He has 10-15 employee mailboxes set up via Google Apps, and 1 system mailbox, through which purchase notifications, etc. are sent. Attendance is now small, about 200-300 people a day, one-time orders.
Problem: Work emails from ALL employees sent via the Gmail web interface end up in Gmail spam on clients/vendors. With Yandex, everything is ok, it perceives normally.
Question: What should I do?) Need to add the site to some google list, confirm ownership, or something else?
Thank you. I would be grateful for any advice on the topic.

Faced with this. Because of this, at one time they were forced to abandon the use of Gmail in corporate correspondence, as managers wrote messages with offers to clients (potential), clients did not see letters (due to falling into the Spam folder) - the sale failed.
They dug into what the reason was, what they just didn’t do, as a result, they called Google and described the situation. Technical support told us what the problem is: Google puts in the Spam folder letters that come from an IP address that does not match the IP address of the site. I don’t remember exactly, but they even told us how to solve this problem, but only for letters coming to us, which didn’t suit us, since clients didn’t do such dances with a tambourine.

In general, if SPF is configured correctly and there is DKIM, then mail should come normally. Most likely the problem is in the wrong SPF record, since google load balancing uses different servers to send emails.
