What to do if Emmet does not work in a SASS file?

If I write abbreviations, then various garbage comes out, but not what is needed.
For example ttu(Text transform uppercase), it doesn't exist.
The Sass plugin is installed, in the lower right corner is selected.
Rubbish is very disturbing.

Change the syntax highlighting to CSS, if it is Visual Code, then there is a drop-down at the bottom right
