What to do if a console window pops up?

On Windows 10, it's not uncommon for a console window to pop up and disappear. Checking ESET'om did not reveal anything.

Pick the Task Scheduler and autoload.
Obviously, some program, with the crooked handles of programmers, cleans or updates something at certain intervals.

autoruns will show you everything that is loaded automatically. there and look.
turn off the excess. but don't overdo it.
