Why does the command line freeze when working with Node.Js?

Wrote a project collector module in Gulp (frontex), installed globally. At startup and during operation, watch-ers sometimes do not work, or rather they work, but you need to switch to the console and press any button, after which everything starts working again. OS Windows 10.
