What to do for those whose creative part is ill?

I really like to code on the backend (PHP, Laravel, Bash) and sometimes fiddle with the front.
But when it comes to doing something of your own, let's make a beautiful svg animation, so the whole creative part disappears.
I tried more than once or twice to make 4-5 beautiful animations on scss + js, and then it turned into a crooked monster.
Designing a page is a nightmare for me, thinking about UX/UI is a nightmare, how to make a beautiful figurine is also a nightmare.
Maybe I should stop doing such heresy and stay in the backend, but working a little with the front?
What do you think?

Yes.
Each department should mind its own business. (Mikhail Bulgakov. Master and Margarita.)
PS: I'm a front , but sometimes I have to shit on the back. However, if it comes to something above the head, it is easier to delegate to the profile person.
PPS: Even more likely not a front, but an underfull stack, because I like the front more, but I have to mess around with the back, and I wrote exactly "shit-code", because it really is. Any more or less self-respecting back-developer will spit on the look of the code. When this is a small form of feedback or a simple function that will not be finalized and shown to someone, I do it myself. But if we are talking about developing an admin panel from scratch, then it’s easier for me to transfer it to someone I know or freelancers.
Knowing both the back and the front is good, but being a professional here and there is almost impossible.

The question here is motivation, do you like it or just want to cut the dough for extra. tasks.
If rushing, then repeat the lessons on YouTube one to one. Repeat 20 times, you see, everything will start to turn out better. All this creativity, often, consists of 90% of efforts and 10% of some kind of ability. So, you will watch and repeat more - you will see enough and learn.
If it doesn't, then forget about it. Better pump your already strong skills, more use. Spraying in this case will only hurt.
Or maybe you have an internal task of achieving and you just want to take and master this topic. They say "why is it that others can do this and that, but I can't?". Well then, just go purposefully towards your goal in the steps from the first paragraph.
Everything should be for love :)

I had this, although I am a UI / UX designer, sometimes you need to create icons, simple illustrations, but I am not strong in this. I was able to find motivation to improve these skills within the framework of my own projects. When no one criticizes, and you just want the final result to meet your own expectations, you start to get out.
Can you also pump the creative part in this way?

No need. This is a separate profession. Not every designer can come up with a good animation, let alone the developers.
