What to configure in spf so that there is a pass in the reports?

Good afternoon!
I reconfigured spf because letters sent via Yandex pdd were softfailed.
Now like this:

v=spf1 a mx include:spf.mandrillapp.com include:servers.mcsv.net include:_spf.yandex.net  ~all

Now, in the report, letters sent through mandrill do not pass spf as far as I understand

Here is the full report from Google kuluarpohod.com/temp/google.com!kuluarpohod.com!15...
Please tell me what exactly /record/row/policy_evaluated/spf means and how to make this check pass.

When sending through mandrillapp, you have mandrillapp.com in the SMTP envelope
For DMARC, passing SPF is not enough, it is necessary that the domain be in line with the domain from From. mandrillapp should be able to map your subdomain to mandrillapp and use that for the SMTP envelope. But in principle, if the letters contain your DKIM, you can leave the envelope domain as it is, because. for DMARC, passing DKIM is sufficient.
