What to choose: wiki.js or Google docs?

Friends, we are currently working on project documentation, including code documentation in Google Drive (Google Docs). It is advised to migrate to Wiki.js
Who tried both. Share your experience? Is it worth it to move?

I'll insert my 5 kopecks - Confluence
And if the choice is only from these two, then you need to rely on what kind of documentation you have. I have half of it in Lucidchart because these are diagrams in the draft
