Didn't work with bootstrap-vue, but great experience with bootstrap.
I use vuetify in my projects, outwardly I somehow like it more.
On vuetify I can say:
Whatever bootstrap-vue or vuetify chooses, these are just Vuejs components, with their own themes, components, etc. Look at what components you need, try creating a couple of pages on each, and it will already become clear what suits you best .
Both can be tweaked to fit your needs.
Do you want to learn frameworks or make a project? If there are tasks that the technology that you already know well cannot cope with, then the differences and "advantages" in themselves will be obvious. The result will be the same anyway, both with bootstrap and with wtifai.
In general, I mean that to the question "what is better between A and B", the answer is always - the best is a project done on time and preferably the pleasure gained during its creation. If you don’t have deadlines, then I don’t see any problems stupidly trying to implement it in 2 versions, both with bootstrap and with wtifai.
