What to choose to develop an html template?

I am developing an html template that may become a theme for wordpress in the future. I would really like to use vue, but I do not quite understand some points.

If you use components, how will the search engines react to it?
And if without components, then how to separate the code?

PS I connect vue through a tag<script>

search engines will not see the content generated by vue, no matter what anyone says
, decide on the goal
if you just create a template for the vue on vue - why not?
create a template for search engines - classic development
tinker with vue - why is the VP here then? make a client for IMDB - they have a great API
