What to choose, pro 13 or pro 15 with touch bar?

The essence is extremely simple. I now have air 2013 in my hands. Weak. 4 gb, 128 ssd. On the laptop, work is phpstorm, a couple of browsers, and two active projects with infrastructure on docker. Naturally, this device no longer pulls.
I choose between 13 and 15 MacBook Pro 2016.
What attracts me at 13: the price tag, and the absence of a controversial touch bar
Fears: 8 gb of RAM will not be enough and not the most powerful processor (i5)
For 15 pleases: power, screen size
Fears: heavy, will Is the new touch bar useful to me as a developer (in the context of phpstorm for example).
Who thinks about this, maybe someone has already acquired and will share their experience of using it?

There is an Air 13" 2013 (i7/8Gb/512), a Pro 15" 2015 (i7/16Gb/512/R9 M375X), there was a Pro 13" 2014 (i5/8Gb/256).
I worked a lot with all this (and continue to work ), so the impressions are high quality.
8Gb RAM is definitely not enough in 2017. It is better to take a MacBook with a normal keyboard in 2016 in the pre-top configuration: i7 / 16/512. Official resellers can find this in the region of 140-150. Pros: cool screen, cool keyboard, fairly long battery life, lightweight, much better video adapter compared to 13" 2014-2015 (OS interface is still not responsive enough there). Cons: no MagSafe, no regular USB A.
15" of 2016 is available only with TouchBar, so I didn't consider it at all. I use the function keys and Esc very actively and am not ready to tolerate their touch counterparts, this will affect my convenience, so all other pluses are no longer important here.
15 "2015 is a very good option. I chose it for myself, but I continue to use Air actively. 15" 2015 covers all my tasks 100%, nothing slows down, does not slow down at all, there is always free memory. But it is big and heavy, it must be taken into account. Of course, 2kg is not so much, you can live, but holding Air in your hands, which weighs 1.3 and 15 "plug - the difference is very noticeable. But at the same time, the screen area is much more comfortable for work than 13", it much colder than 13" firmware, due to the larger volume of the case (I must say that the Air is much colder than both of them, I don’t remember hearing the fans on my Air at all). If the vision is good, you can still make the resolution higher, there will be an analogue FullHD in area. For me, this is such a desktop option. If you need to sit on the sofa,
In the bottom line - for daily dragging, kneeling while sitting on the couch, frequent indoor movements - Pro 13 "2016 i7 / 16Gb / 512.
For permanent sitting at the table, rare indoor movements and dragging in hands - 15" 2015 (preferably with a discrete one, although it is not necessary if there are no tasks to work with photo / video rendering and games, because in any case, an integrated card is used in the OS interface).
