What to choose for WebRTC on the web and Android?

Hello everyone,
we are doing fleet monitoring, there is an Android application for the driver (on Flutter) and a web interface for the dispatcher (on React). The task was to exchange text, voice messages and voice calls between them (there is no video yet, thank God). Can you advise which WebRTC libraries and servers should be targeted here? Eyes open :)
