What to choose for version control for text?

There are 5000 html-pages, there are several content creators, there are several authors. Need a version to work with version control. Requirements:
1. A simple and understandable system for end users whose level is at work with Word.
2. The text contains including png, it should be possible to insert pictures into the text. Tables, text and heading styles.
3. Linking.
4. HTML generation.
5. Ability to search by text.
6. Version control of changes. It would be very interesting to see how this is implemented in the Guarantor or Consultant plus or any other legal reference system.
