What to choose for mobile development?

I want to develop mobile applications for android, maybe I'll try to get into games. What to choose flutter or android sdk and kotlin? I read a lot about flutter, it seems to be a simple and faster development process, but, as I understand it, slow. Should I use it or go deep into kotlin?
