What to choose for layout phpstorm or vscode?

I develop websites and decided to try phpstorm, it suits everyone, everything is super with PHP, but I can’t figure it out with frontend coding.
Is it possible to configure phpstorm so that changes in the code are immediately processed by the browser, such as livereload? Is it possible to test the layout on several devices at once? For example, vscode has a live server extension that allows you to set up a remote connection within the same wifi network and test the project on any number of devices at the assigned ip address. I write a lot of code in js. Here, the experience of colleagues is actually interesting, is phpstorm suitable for frontend development with testing / debugging code. If it fits and you have experience using phpstorm for the front - please share.

You can start a war with such a question) Use what is convenient, they are both good. VS draws less resources from the computer only. If you do not need all the possibilities of Web storm (and there are a lot of them), then there is no need to sweat IMHO.

Sublime Text is enough for the eyes. Why are these monsters for layout?

Suitable, we have the whole office on phpstorm (backend, frontend, qa).
VSCode is not an IDE. It's an editor with shit plugins. And no, it's not a matter of preference.
