What to choose a solution for video broadcasting for a cafe on wifi?
There is the following task. A cafe with 60 seats is planned for visitors via WiFi on their smartphones, laptops, etc. distribute video. It is assumed that the video is on the hard drive of the device and is transmitted as a TV show, i.e. Scheduled. Requires a device that a non-specialist can handle.

Well, if not a specialist, then probably the best option would be a computer (or laptop), and the VLC program - there is a streaming function, there is even the possibility of converting on the fly during broadcasting - to increase the speed. You buy a Wi-fi router, connect your computer to it, specify a static IP address in the computer settings, and then write it in the ads on the wall. Clients open this address with any media player, or you can make a small site on the same computer with a page on which the flash player is. There seems to be no scheduled broadcasting in VLC (as far as I remember), but it can be done through standard OS tools - on Linux it's Cron, on Windows - "Task Scheduler"
I know this solution, maybe there is just some special piece of iron for this task
Don't do the conversion on the fly - the processor will boot into the shelf.
Prepare mpeg2 in advance.
