What time trackers would you recommend?

You need to track the time of your work - for billing customers.
I'm looking for something simple and comfortable.
So that you can measure the time on the timer and make it manually.
With reference to tasks or at least comments.

I work alone. I use Grindstone 3rd version (the current one is like the 4th, but I read it and haven't installed it yet). I start by task, if there are several tasks of different prices for one job, then I group them manually. Manual labels are placed elementarily. A small window at the bottom can hang above the screen - it has a start / stop button, shows the name of the current task. He knows how to monitor inactivity, when you return, he asks if the period of non-work on the computer should be counted during working hours. All work intervals are stored. I advise you to backup the database automatically - in case of serious failures, you can lose information.
This is what I use, it's enough for me.
