What textbooks are used to teach computer science?

Good afternoon. The school has very weak computer science, only recently "taught" Pascal (grade 9). The textbooks are appropriate. I can program in Python, create GUI applications, and build relatively complex algorithms, but I don't know the theory. With difficulty I will draw a correct block diagram, I will not answer the question "What is an information model?". What textbooks should I use to learn all this? Textbooks for the 9th grade and the school course in general are not necessarily needed.
