Prompt kosher literature on the placement of graphs on a plane / in space
Good day.
For a long time I have been struggling with the search for normal literature on this topic. I need to implement an algorithm that allows you to place the vertices of the graph and the connections between them so that they do not intersect (well, or at least with a minimum of intersections). At the same time, the picture would like to be the same for the same graph with multiple display. Force-oriented graphs are not exactly what we would like, since it is not possible to tame it.
Please advise some literature on this problem or if there are any tasty examples I will be very grateful
