What technology stack would you suggest for creating an online store without using engines?

Hello. I need to make a simple online store that will not have a large assortment of goods. The main condition is to do everything yourself, WITHOUT using engines (like wordpress, opencart...).
I want to ask you, what technology stack would you recommend for this task? It is desirable that as many technologies as possible be reduced to JavaScript. I will be very grateful for your help.

Knowledge is still needed in development. Any framework. This is not a CMS, you are your own creator. For example Yii2 .
