What technology stack should an iOS developer study?

Good afternoon!
For several years now, after graduating from university, I have been working as a system administrator. I begin to understand that you cannot jump higher than the head of the department and you will not see the fruits of your labors.
And, although the knowledge about programming is very fragmented and superficial, I want to go to the mobile dev. Android scares you with the need to test the application for dozens of devices and screen sizes.
What technologies, books, courses are worth studying to proudly call yourself a current iOS developer? :)
Thanks in advance!

iOS pulls the mac as a development device + a slightly smaller zoo of devices in the form of: phones 5s, 5, 4s, 4 + tablets ipad retina (4 or air), ipad 2 + mini tablets ipad mini retina, ipad mini + talk about more 2 sizes of mobile phones from September 9 :)
This is if you take the issue seriously :)
There is a good basic guide https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/referencel... and further on the links.
In general, it is most effective to read the basics, try to build something, and then go as an intern for food for a year and a half in any well-known mobile development studio.
You need to understand that iOS is objective C, android is java.
Accordingly, if there is a background in c ++, it will be easier imho to master objective c. Same with java.
Oh, and for ios you need an Apple developer account, for android it is needed only for publishing, as far as I remember
