What technologies to choose for an online store?

Good afternoon.
There is a task: to develop a website for ordering food at home. Functionality:
- all products must be on the main page, there are no separate pages for products, additional information will be in the modal window when you click on the product on the main page.
- there will be no personal account for users
- interactive shopping cart
What technologies, frameworks should be used for this task? How to correctly implement the display of products and the corresponding modal windows. First of all, we are interested in the maximum possible speed of the site. I looked towards react.js, but I'm not sure yet.

Maybe MEAN will help. MongoDB - Express - Angular (1 or 2 as you like) - NodeJs. It will work quickly if you do not forget about blocking

Если уверены, что это будет просто сайт, то можно выбрать любой популярный mvc PHP фреймворк и все сделать на нем.
Если есть вероятность, что в дальнейшем потребуется приложение, то я бы разделил уже в таком случае, на фронт взял бы angular/react/ember или какой-нибудь другой и написал бы серверное api (тут в принципе все равно на чем, главное чтобы по rest общаться можно было)

Любой инструмент, что лучше знаешь.
Что лучше знаешь ты лично.
Нет никаких принципиальных ограничений.
Но сие (писать самому) целесообразно только если у заказчика навалом бабла.
Дешевле и быстрее - будет использовать готовое решение.
Есть куча специализированных CMS для интернет-магазинов.
