Hello everyone
On my site I use the system: 1) I upload a book to
plati.ru
2) I give users a link to the payment page in plati.ru
3) They pay for the goods and receive an e-book
could download e-books, sell them and display them in the Russian Federation without any problems?

but everything with rights is only through control: either a publisher, or stocks or soft aggregators / sharvar billings
