What technologies for creating GUIs are the future?

Hello. Sometimes you have to write GUI for different programs. I wrote with the help of different technologies, and also simply considered the possibilities of others.
Since I am closer to the C language (++, #), I will look at the issue from the side of technologies for developing GUIs for these languages.
For the C# language, there is XAML and the ability to use HTML5.
For C++ there is Qt (widgets, QML).
But I'm more interested in GUI implementation in embedded web engine (HTML, CSS, JS). However, complex cumbersome interfaces noticeably slow down due to the peculiarities of the implementation of the JS web engine, the peculiarities of the JS itself and other components of the web application.
What technology do you think is the future?
