What technologies are popular and well paid in Europe?

I want to study new technologies with an eye on the future, and therefore I wanted to ask the respected habra community - there are people working abroad here:
What programming technologies are now popular in Europe (Germany, Austria, England, Spain, etc.)?
For example, is Ruby on Rails popular, or is .NET or Node.js, Django more popular? Languages?
The same applies to the SP.

I think not so much the language as the skill, foreign language and certificates decide everything there. I live in Minsk myself, so the opinion is subjective

Some of the highest salaries are for Oracle or Java + Oracle specialists. With an Oracle certification, you can find good jobs everywhere.

For myself, I considered such an option
Python + Java
On python, as I found out, there are few developers, and customers are present in sufficient numbers.
As for java, it's just a necessity already.
So focus on Python (Django/zope)!
