What takes up how much memory on drive C?
There is a 256 gig ssd, and there is nothing but simple programs, but for some reason only 7 gig is free, how much does it take? I look at some folder with 101 gigs of ProgramData before it was not there, why is it? I also look at appData, it will take a lot, stupidly the whole C disk is full, can I fix it somehow? delete folders or not? and then I think that it will water windows? how to clear junk files?

TreeSize, even in the free edition , clearly shows in a convenient way which folder takes up how much space, you can expand and view statistics on subfolders. This information may come in handy when looking for a space eater.
So you can safely delete unnecessary files from AppData, they are tied to a specific user, Windows will not break because of this. In ProgramData, data is stored by programs launched from the system, for example, antiviruses often do this. Sometimes application programs can also store if they want this data to be available to all users.
ProgramData is a system folder, there is always Who wrote so much data in it - you can see.
appData is part of your profile - everything you work with is cached there.
