I took the minimum tariff from 512mb of memory to DigitalOcean, which bit depth should I choose?
debian 8 x86 or debian 8 x64, like 64 is faster? or is it 32?

Debian x64 does not exist.
So you can't take it.
It happens x86 and x86_64 (amd64).
And, in general, proceed from your needs. At 512 meters, the frame makes no sense in amd64, but I have already come across some software that simply does not exist for 32 bits. For the past few years I have been choosing only amd64, the notorious losses do not mean anything, but in reality we will get a guarantee of the work of all fresh software.
