They have traffic restrictions in each tariff on the site.
In addition, it says: Additional bandwidth transfer is only 2¢ per GB
BUT in their support they answer a question about traffic with something strange:
Hello,
At this time, traffic statistics are not yet available. Until these statistics are readily available to you, we will not process any charges for any additional transfer beyond your Droplet plan.
Has anyone had experience with the limit being exceeded? What happens after the excess?

What is strange here? They don't have traffic statistics yet. Until the statistics work, they will not take into account the excess traffic.
