What system requirements are needed for the 1C Enterprise server?

There are 20 client machines and one 1C server. Tell me what requirements are needed (processor, memory, etc.) to organize the operation of separate 20 databases on this server. The bases will not be very large and loaded, you need at least a little bit of comfortable work for each client.
Do you need a server, is it possible to adapt an ordinary PC on good hardware for such needs by increasing the memory to 32 GB?
upd. Only one client will work with each database. The work option has not yet been determined, but since the number of users in 20 is the maximum, it will most likely be a file one. Databases Enterprise accounting.
Do not blame for inaccuracies and scarcity of the description, because this is the first time I encounter this topic.

@OrlovEvgeny

there was a server 1c Xeon (R) cpu-3 e3-1220 3.10Ghz, 32G ddr3, x2 ssd hiper 120gb each (on one axis, on the second base 1c in postgresql)
Base 1c on the server about 10, users in rdp ~ 15. At the same time, each user could simultaneously open up to 3 bases at once and actively work with them. CPU load at peak 12-20%, RAM used < 14gb, disk load up to 60% at peak.
After I entered all users into the domain and 1c clients worked through RemoteApp, the RAM at the peak was freed up to 10gb. But due to AD, the load on the percent and disk increased slightly (~ 2-4%).
I think yes, a properly configured server for 1s can also be based on a regular PC, with good hardware.
