What system do you use to collect and analyze page speed statistics?

I want to see statistics on the speed of generating site pages depending on the time of day, day of the week, and possibly something else.
With a PHP admin panel, beautiful charts, filtering and export options.
Has anyone come across such a system?

We call getrusage from the shutdown handler and send the result to graphite, for visualization - grafana

Make monitoring the same PHP and collect statistics every 30 seconds for example. Then build graphs and see the parameters that interest you.
