What system can be used to set up and collect daily reports?
There are external users, which may be 20 today, 100 tomorrow.
We need a service that sets repetitive tasks for them. For example, answer the question, how many calls were made today. There can be 10 such questions. You need a field to enter the answer to the question. Until you answer it, the task is considered not completed. After answering the questions, a report is generated and sent to the channel in slack, where the report can be seen by other team members.
Now we don’t use any system yet, I’m doing it again.
I tried to find it in slack, yes, there are several services that post polls every day. But it is not clear where these tasks are assigned to users and how overdue tasks are kept.
I made an external form like googleform or typeform. But there, each time you need to authorize the user, asking him for his full name and email. mail. and also there is no information if the user has not completed the task.
At the same time, the system itself should be simple and inexpensive. Therefore, the option to sew up business processes in B24 is not suitable.
The system itself is similar to the questions of the Scrum Master every day, but at the same time there should be a system for reporting on completed and not completed tasks.
It would be cool to add SMS and email reminders. mail. But I can do all this myself if the system has a connection with zapier, for example.
Since the system must authorize the user, can there be an option with a telegram bot constructor?
Thank you for your attention and sorry if I wrote confusingly.

if the bot is not a problem - write a bot
in the easiest way - google forms with post-processing
As an option: any survey service with sending results to e-mail such as Limesurvey. As far as I know, it is possible to set up mail forwarding in slack. + any reminder that you need to take a survey. Anything can be reminded regularly: from an alarm clock on your phone to a google calendar.
