What style of communication with the user should an online program choose?

I am making a service for complex image processing - image recognition for construction purposes. The user uploads a photo, then they process it in every possible way, they contain the necessary objects and so on. At the same time, the user must help in the process by marking various things on the photo, confirming or correcting automatically recognized objects. In short, the program interacts with the user. At the same time, she must always explain to the user what she is doing, what is required from the user, etc.
The question arose of which style of communication with the user to choose. There are options:
1. "I am processing a photo ..." - the program "talks" to the user a la artificial intelligence
2. "We will process the photo ..." - here for the user "we" are the creators of the service,
3. "Photo is being processed..." - an impersonal designation of actions
Users - let's say, non-professionals who needed this service for the first time, and they will not use it constantly, and maybe only a few times during construction. Those. these are not the people who work with the service already on the machine and do not read messages, so knowing where to press when.
What do you think? If it is not difficult, give cases with examples.

Hey!
Based on experience with PhDs, scientists, and biologists/chemists:
when designing professional instruments, many things must be predictable and not surprise.
This also applies to the text of the system. We do not have the task of building loyalty, selling a service / product or surprising a person.
The main task of the interface is to quickly, transparently and clearly give what a person needs.
But this does not mean making the most dry corporate system and cabbage soup more serious.
There should be emotions, people have always talked about this (on my projects), so we act out on different illustrations (error conditions with a cool thematic illustration), we work on the purity of the text (to be as short and clear as possible) and stuff like that.
Therefore, I am for the third option.
