I'm looking for stocks of content, not stocks of photographs, for example, a marquee stock, I need stocks where you can find fan art, ui sets, etc. I'm mainly interested in free ones.

1. freepik.com is generally good, but the ui kits are not enough.
   
2. dribbble.com is an interesting option, what do you think about it? I also noticed that some works refer to another resource. Therefore, I wonder if it is possible to upload work directly to dribbble.com.

Uplabs is worth a look. Lots of interfaces. Add work from third-party resources. Even with CodePen demos are built in. Other people will be able to add your work (I did not immediately understand the trick, but there any person can upload work from another resource, pointing to the author).
Behance also has interesting things, but in general, the content is of different quality. Lots of artists. Lots of illustrations. The interface is not clear. But there is a constructor for works, there are a lot of buttons - it's better to see for yourself. Recently, without a VPN, some functions fall off.
If you need photos - Unsplash . I was not interested in uploading works, but the quality of the content there is consistently high.
To post your work you need an invite, this reduces the amount of bad content. Image size limited. The impression of the site itself is neutral, but many interesting people/studios post their work there. You can go for inspiration.
