What solutions are suitable for storing and sharing photos online?

There is a database with photos. About 90GB. There is a telegram bot deployed on a VPS with 20GB of disk space. Expanding a place is very expensive. What is the solution for this?
That is, I need to save the database with photos and request them to the bot via FTP or HTTPS.

Try azure clob. This is the cheapest storage

All tariff plans of all hostings are focused either on high traffic, or on a place, or on percentage, etc.
You will not find such that both the traffic is cheap and the place is cheap. There will be no freebies. So save money.

You don’t need cloud services, they are good when the requirements can be flexibly adjusted to the task by paying extra money, and, to be honest, for those who are too lazy to raise an analogue themselves.
Up to 100 gigabytes of disk space is not much, the load is not announced (how much network traffic is needed), if it is small, then you can find a bunch of unmaintained unreliable hosting for 5-10 bucks a month, like lowendstock.
You rent 2-3, duplicate the data for backup, set up an http server there, place files with simple statics (as 'authorization' the directory, as part of the path, will be the password). I don’t think it makes sense to bother with https and certificates here, this is a private web server, let the default page return an empty one or a 404 error
Let your bot act as a balancer, choosing which server to make a request to and controlling the availability of these cheap and unreliable ones.
You can’t come up with a cheaper solution, you can just deploy it on your home server.
