Blocked f002.backblazeb2.com and cloudflare proxy not working - what to do?

Good day.
The static is on backblaze (b2 cloud storage), requests to it are proxied through cloudflare.com ( cname ).
f002.backblazeb2.com is currently in the Roskompozor registry.
Some users have problems (not all, but still noticeable).

Tell me what can you think of? Maybe somehow raise your proxy or something ...

Cloudflare will not work because it has POPs in the Russian Federation, which means that it receives traffic for a number of clients through the Russian Federation, which means that it receives blocking like any other user. You can make proxies, but it's easier to move the storage to another location
