What software to use to separate processes by cores?

There is an Intel Core i9-9900K Coffee Lake processor. With the help of which it is correct and well proportional to spread the processes across the cores in order to increase the overall performance. I know there is CPU Control. But are there any analogues? Is he an Intel? Googled, didn't find anything.

Process lasso can handle this well.
You can limit the number of cores / threads per process.
You can limit the max cpu consumption in%.
You can do a lot of things
. Just be careful with it)

The scheduler built into the operating system will do everything as it should, do not install marginal software in your system.

and you won't find it. they do not exist in nature
, the operating systems themselves (Windows, Linux, Unixes, Macos, etc.) have been doing this for more than a decade. at the same time, in order for the program to be distributed "among the cores", it must be written with such capabilities in mind. if the programmers didn't put this in, the OS will only transfer the main thread of such a program from core to core in order to avoid overheating the CPU.

HP has such software called something like HP advisor. But I don't have HP.
