What software to use for release planning?

Good day, colleagues!
We are developing a number of our products. For joint work, we use git with the gitlab web face, in which we also set tasks for bugs, dividing them into releases.
For products, we have technical support, periodically we receive information from customers about bugs and requests for improvements, which we put in todo lists.
Ideally, we will have ready-made software in which we will build TODO for releases + attach an email to a client who is interested in solving this problem via api.
After we release a release, the client receives a letter stating that everything has been fixed or improved in such and such a release.
Tell me, how is this problem solved? Maybe someone knows a ready-made software for this task?
