What software to clean Windows optimization?

Good afternoon!
Often I am asked to clean the systems, of course it's Windows and what do I do? Usually I use Revo Uninstaller, which does a good job of uninstalling some program and at the same time cleaning tails, removing something from startup, and this is basically enough, but it seems to me that there are more powerful tools. To search for viruses, I often used Cure Dr Web, but as practice has shown, he can’t quite cope, all kinds of Adware still remain.
The question is, what tools can you recommend in the tasks described above, you also need to clean the registry, but REvo does not have such a function.

I use AVZ. Knows a lot. 1) Autoload along with the scheduler 2) Shows which DLLs the process is using.
3) Finds viruses (but it's more convenient to do it manually anyway).

No.
If there are problems in the system, it is rolled back to the last checkpoint.
It's much easier and more reliable.
If you need to correct something on a trifle, then we use regedit thoughtfully.
Antiviruses like Cure Dr Web do an excellent job only with viruses, malware that is not viruses, they skip packs, they cannot repair damage to the system either.
In general, if there are problems, you don’t need to clean it - checkpoints, backups or reinstallation as a last resort.

Checkpoints and backups.
Cleaning with third-party software is evil.
