Hello everyone
Now I watched a video about Oracle in English, they said that the main competitor in the US market for oracle is SAP, since it occupies the same niche of business applications.
I heard about SAP, but about the fact that someone in the Russian Federation used something from Oracle (excluding their bases), no. Therefore actually a question - use? If yes, then what. If not, why not?
