Can't turn off autocommit autotransaction in oracle apex session. What to do?

Hello. I ask you to help. I have APEX 5.0. And I can’t afford an admin account, since I registered my database not on my local server, but on the site apex.oracle.com. On the apex page, I entered this command in the input field sql commands:

set autocommit off
But immediately the error appeared

ORA-00922: missing or invalid option .

How can I then execute this command (stop autotransaction), otherwise I don’t know what to do (because I don’t have admin rights, but maybe even without them I can do something, just tell me what)?

If I'm not mistaken, it set autocommit's an internal SQL*Plus command for managing state variables, so it's meaningless outside of SQL*Plus.
