What software for remote access to choose with a client under MacOS for broadcasting video from cameras?

Good evening!
It is necessary to throw a computer from the office on which the Milestone X-Protect Free video server / client is installed on the Macbook.
Now on this computer Server 2008 R2 and Radmin, on a macbook, respectively, makos.
The MacBook will be outside the office local area, for access I will forward the port on the router or make a VPN.
What software to use for this task - a server for Windows, a client for Macs, the client must receive video at a frequency of 15 frames per second and this does not include the entire channel.
Radmin satisfies all this, but he does not have a client for makos.
Thank you!

@RicoX

Try Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac, it works pretty well over standard RDP.

Why make such a hellish trash of radmins and rdp if Milestone X-Protect should have a web client?

@Darkman

You can access it through a browser. Here is the link

@Darcman Aha, thanks, only the web client doesn't have the ability to point the camera with the mouse, only arrows, and with them the camera goes almost 90 degrees. So the web client is out.
