What software can monitor folders and copy new files?

There are several MFPs in the office that cannot copy to a network folder.
But sharing their folder on the local computer is not a problem.
And I want to set up a common file server, which will receive all the scans.
Is there any software that will monitor files in shared folders, copy them to itself and delete the original ones?
