What software can implement radio in a local area network?
Good afternoon, the task is not quite ordinary, namely, the main source of radio is FM, i.e. you need to broadcast over an offline local network (without Internet access) a certain number of radio stations.
Those. some piece of hardware, roughly speaking, on the server as a hardware part, as a software server, some software like shoutcast from Nullsoft (Winamp) and actually any other client software on the client side

If there are several stations, then in theory you will need several tuners.
If the tuners are visible in the system as an audio device, then you can stream using IceS and Icecast. The first one will take the sound from the device, press it in OGG and give it to the second one. The second one will accept connections from clients and broadcast the stream to them.
All the docks are here icecast.org
I won't tell you specific models of tuners, because I never listened to the radio on my computer in this way.
