What social networks support iframe applications?

I thought about creating an iframe application (easier and faster than flash), but I wondered what kind of social. networks support such applications.
Google said that iframe applications are supported by VKontakte and MoyMir, Facebooke seems to have it too, but some tricky fb:iframe. About Odnoklassniki is not at all clear.
Social app developers Enlighten networks where possible, and where not, and is it planned?
Also a question for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile Phone 6 and 7 is it possible to make iframe applications?
