Has anyone else besides me received name spam from the new political social network?

Has anyone else besides me received name spam from the new political social network?
I do not specify the URL, so as not to create unnecessary PR for them.
I'm worried about the question, where did they get my first and last name associated with the mailbox?
Is it possible to answer them asymmetrically and punish them for spamming?

Spam did not come, but about the asymmetric response.
At one time, I got into some kind of database, and when a mailing from a local law firm came, I got sick of it (especially the full name opposite the mail got tired). I called the number that was in the letter and ran over 152 FZ, the man on the other end tried to back off, but then hung up. I found the site, called the second number. They dropped it faster. At the third number, the director no longer answered the call. And you know, after a while, all such spam stopped.

You can see the IP in the headers and write to the provider. Not always, but often the provider solves problems with spam against the spammer.
