HW-389 WIFI Module for NodeMCU
This is an expansion module for ESP8266.
On the reverse side, where the power plug is, it says 6-24V. Connected, well without ESP and this part burned out safely. Melted. It didn't work to read what was on it. Most likely, this is either a stabilizer or a diode bridge. It has 6 legs, very small. I don't know how to look and what to look for.

There is a video about this board here. Allegedly, this is IF8DD. Which seems to be a relative of the MP2359DJ. Together with the rest of the harness, this is a dc-dc lower.
The question is, why would she burn? If not something beyond the bounds was filed, then perhaps there is a shorty on the board.
